2025 River Camping and Tour Season

While we definitely saw some colder days this winter, the sunshine and warmth of spring is just around the corner.  Longer days and increasing temperatures mean, for us, river time is here!  Yonder is celebrating our 4th year, and we look forward to the opportunity of sharing the Buffalo National River with you.

We’re already planning and organizing for a great river tour season.  The Buffalo National River has had a few tricks up it’s sleeve with high water events and some changes to more familiar sections.  We’ll adapt and ensure that you have a safe and memorable time exploring with us.  Our crew is ready and able to help you with a custom river camping trip or river sightseeing tour on one of our nation’s national treasures!

We’ve enjoyed most of the fall and winter months.  They have been a time to reflect on our families and priorities along with adapting to new things in life.  Cate has worked through a health related issue and is now fully back on the logistics side of the business with the ok to be rowing in late spring. Thanks to many folks for their support during this time.  We definitely have a family atmosphere and so many friends that contribute to our success.

Arkansas, “The Natural State” has some absolutely stunning locations and views for those who are willing to get off the beaten path.  Our goal is to help you explore these with us.  Floating through the rock outcroppings with the leaves off gives you a different perspective of the ruggedness of the river corridor.  With spring the rain and sun bring out the wildflowers, natural fauna and river creatures.  Each season has new sights and experiences.

Our website is now open for booking 2025 trips.  Consider bringing the kids for a day on the river during spring break or perhaps a little later in the spring when you may have the river all to yourself.  Later in May and early June is perfect for swimming and the joys of overnight camping.  As the temperatures rise and the water slows down our trips become even more relaxing and easygoing in the summer months.
